Digital Products Only
All products sold on ShelfPike.com are 100% digital. This means there are no physical items to ship. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive instant access to download your files.

Instant Delivery
After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

  1. Immediate access to your downloads via the order confirmation page
  2. An email confirmation with download links sent to the email address you provided at checkout

Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email within a few minutes.

How to Access Your Products
You can access your purchased products in two ways:

  • Order Confirmation Page: Download links will appear immediately after checkout
  • Email: A confirmation email with download links will be sent to your inbox

What You Receive

  • PDF files in both US Letter and A4 formats
  • Measurements in feet and centimeters
  • Some larger products are delivered as ZIP files, which most computers can open with a double click

Download Requirements

  • A stable internet connection
  • A device capable of opening PDF files (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
  • Sufficient storage space for downloading files (approximately 200 MB to 1.5 GB depending on the product; the Printable Backdrop Pack is the largest)
  • A home printer or a local copy shop if you want to print the plans, buildings and signs

Troubleshooting
If you experience any issues downloading your files:

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Try using a different browser
  • Disable any pop-up blockers that may prevent downloads
  • Check that your device has enough storage space
  • For ZIP files on a phone or tablet, download them on a computer if possible, or use your device’s Files app to open them

No Physical Shipping
Since all our products are delivered digitally, no physical shipping is required. There are no shipping fees, no waiting times, and no risk of lost or damaged packages.
